Hello, World!

Greetings, dear friends and customers! Boutique Academia has been open for 3 1/2 years now, and I think it is time we had a blog! I will be using this space to tell you all about new projects, conferences (Comic Con SLC 2014, anyone?), and interesting articles I come across that have relevance to women in STEM and the intersection of art and science.

As an update, in the past year we have been at Comic Con Portland, She's Geeky, and a variety of events in Eugene, Oregon. We now supply over a dozen of the largest science museums and bookstores across the United States. Our next goal is college bookstores, so if you have a favorite university or college and you would like to see them carry our science and math jewelry, comment below and I will put them on our To Contact list.

Thanks again to everyone who has been so enthusiastic and supportive during this period of development and growth! I look forward to sharing more with you about the philosophy behind Boutique Academia, as we celebrate together the beauty of science and math.
